Our apartment is strictly NO smoking (smoke detector is built-in and we will VND 1,000,000 if we detect you smoking inside).

Please DO NOT BRING indoor slippers and toilets when going out. And please don't wear your sneakers and shoes inside.

Please DO NOT USE tissues and tampons into the toilet.

Please DO NOT USE the bath towel as a floor towel. We offer bathroom rugs.

Please do not make loud noises after 10:00 pm.

Please turn OFF all electrical equipment after use.

Please turn OFF the lights and air conditioning when going out. 

Please CLEAN your dirty dishes and store leftovers in the refrigerator before checking out.
