TERMS OF PAYMENT

Reservation Policy:
Customers must prepay or deposit 50% of the value. apartment by credit card or bank transfer at the time of booking. The credit card/Bank account code that you used in the booking must be presented at the reception at the time of check-in for verification.

Transfer content: Guest Name - Reservation Request Number - Payment type (deposit, payment...).

Cancellation Policy:

• In case the customer has completed the booking and completed the payment to https://www.dgvhouse.com but cannot proceed with his trip, can contact https//www .dgvhouse.com via hotline: 0352303279 for assistance with cancellation. Terms and costs incurred in the process of cancellation, reschedule will be calculated according to the cancellation policy of each apartment (will be notified to customers during the booking process, by phone, or email).

Cost in case of cancellation:

• Cancellation from 10 days in advance for booking date: Refund of deposit or full payment amount.

• Cancellation 4-10 days in advance for booking date: Charge 20% of the apartment value 

• Cancellation 1-4 days in advance for booking date: Charge 50% of the apartment value

Room change policy: If the customer wants to change the room to a higher room class, there will be a surcharge according to the difference in the room class that the customer wants to change, the room price difference depends on each different apartment view. In case the customer wants to change to a lower room class than the one that he has booked or is staying in, the difference will not be refunded to the customer 

The customer changes the check-in date: If the customer wants to change the check-in date Please contact the person in charge or call the hotline: 0352303279 or email help@dgvhouse.com for the fastest support, it will not be 100% guaranteed that the room will be available on the date the customer wants to change. For bookings that fall on a Vietnamese national holiday, it is mandatory not to change the date, if you change the date, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
